Award-Winning Film Director and The Big Freeze Inventor Joins New Programming Developers Media Broadcasting Committee

Dallas, TX April 26, 2004 - Gold Buckle Media (GBM) (www.goldbucklemedia.com) announced today that film and television pioneer Robert Latorre of Big Fish Films has joined the companys Key Industry Advisory Board Media Broadcasting Committee. Mr. Latorre will advise GBM on matters relating to video production, content development and technology applications for its Western sports, lifestyle and entertainment TV programming.

Mr. Latorre invented and manufactures The Big Freeze camera array system, which produces stop-motion 360-degree special effects similar to those seen in The Matrix films, only much more quickly and less expensively. The Big Freeze has been used in a host of commercial productions and has garnered a number of awards for Mr. Latorre and his Dallas-based production company Big Fish Films.

In 1995, Mr. Latorre became fascinated with the frozen moment and ways to use this unique effect in his films and commercials. As founder of Big Fish Films, he set out to do what had not been done and created the effect known throughout the world as The Big Freeze. The first commercials using Latorres technology won him the acclaimed Clio Award for Special Effects as well as an Emmy Nomination.
